Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Limited Session (the “App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the usage rules set out in the Mac App Store.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscription details visible at the point of purchase include the subscription title, length, and price.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on macOS, or by following Apple’s standard subscription management flow.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once a billing period has started, the subscription runs to the end of that period.

Free Trial

New installs receive a 7-day in-app trial during which all paid features are available. The trial is managed by the App itself and is independent of any introductory pricing Apple may offer at the subscription product level. The trial ends automatically after 7 days; no payment is required during the trial.

Refunds

All purchases and subscription renewals are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple using the standard Report a Problem page. We do not collect payment directly and cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all source code, voice recordings, icons, and visual design, is the property of Jagdeep Singh Bisht (trading as Subset Softwares) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores session data and user-recorded voice sets locally on your device and, optionally, in your personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit. No personal data is transmitted to us or any third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jagdeep Singh Bisht (trading as Subset Softwares) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your licence at any time without notice if you fail to comply with the terms set out here. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your devices.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version will become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
